The Club night on the 6th February saw the conclusion for the season long Kevin Walsh Digital Trophy.
15 members competed over various rounds, with 6 members completing all three rounds of the competition, submitting three images in each round.
Kirsty McLeod took an early lead in round 1, judged by Erica Oram, with a 20 for “77 takes the corner”, finishing on a score of 54. Craig Wilkinson and Anne Wade tied on 51 points for 2nd equal.
In round 2, judged by Marilyn Roberts, Larry Walker made a comeback with a score of 50 and tied for 1st place with Anne Wade, who scored the only 20 of the night with “Talented young artist”.
Cumulatively, Kirsty retained a lead of 2 points with 103 to Anne’s 101, and Larry 3rd on 98.
With all to play for in round 3, judged by Sally Sallet, Kirsty managed to hang on to her cumulative lead with a 20 for “Kermode Spirit bear, Gribbell Island BC”.
On the night this meant she tied for 1st place with Larry, both of them scoring 54 points. In 3rd place was Craig on 50.
