Pudsey Camera Club Launches 2024-25 Club Night Programme – Don’t Miss Out!

Pudsey Camera Club is delighted to announce the launch of its 2024-25 Club Night Programme! Whether you’re an experienced photographer or just getting started, our club offers a welcoming and inspiring environment where members can learn, share, and enjoy the art of photography.

We have an exciting lineup of events that promise to engage and inspire photographers of all skill levels. From guest speakers to hands-on practical nights, there’s something for everyone. Our club nights are a perfect opportunity to meet fellow photography enthusiasts, improve your skills, and explore new creative ideas.

Key Dates to Remember

The programme kicks off on 12th September 2024 with a special presentation by Martin Litchfield CPAGB on The Art of Monochrome Photography. Monochrome photography has a timeless quality, and Martin’s talk will be one not to miss.

Don’t forget: membership fees are due on this first evening. The annual fee is £35 for full membership and £25 for concessions. Please bring your payment with you to avoid missing out on the incredible opportunities we have planned this season! New / Prospective members are welcome to come to a couple Thursday evenings before taking the plunge on membership.

Here are a few more programme highlights:

• 19th September 2024: What We Did on Our Holidays – A fun, informal evening where members share their favorite holiday photos.
• 3rd October 2024: The prestigious Butchers’ Arms Competition will feature creative themes like Multiple Exposure and Travel. This interclub event is a chance to showcase your best work and compete with other local clubs.
• 17th October 2024: Join us for a Night Shoot! Bring your camera and head out for a night of practical photography. Whether you’re experienced in low-light photography or trying it for the first time, this evening promises to be a fun, hands-on learning experience.
• 7th November 2024: Our Still-Life Practical Night will focus on composition, lighting, and creativity. It’s the perfect opportunity to bring your camera and practice in a relaxed setting.
• 27th February 2025: Pub Night – This social evening gives members a chance to unwind and chat about photography (or anything else!) in a casual, friendly setting.
